Why Soft Armor

At some point, many of us learn to carry armor—a way of protecting ourselves in the world. That armor can look like toughness, silence, perfectionism, or always holding it together. It helps us survive, but it can also feel heavy, isolating, or exhausting to carry alone.

Soft Armor Therapy is about finding new ways to hold your strength. Here, you don’t have to choose between being tough or being tender. Therapy is a place to explore who you are, heal what feels heavy, and build new ways of protecting and expressing yourself.
